Publication News
The headstand poem has been accepted to Qarrtisiluni's Health issue, for which I wrote it. I am not sure when it will come out, but I need to record myself reading it and to get someone to take my picture in a headstand and send that in to be published with the poem. Any volunteers?

Okay! That sounds good. I have a new poem I am working on in the series, but it is a much more complicated posture, and I want my teacher to guide me through it. Perhaps some one in class tomorrow can take a picture of me doing that.
I can stand on my head anywhere, as long as I haven't had anything to eat for a few hours before that. Name a place and time. The only thing is I need a mat or blanket and there needs to be space so I will not hurt someone or myself if I fall.

I've never done a headstand, let alone written a poem about one.
